1. How do we play music during our ride?
​
Good vibes encouraged! Our vehicle features a Bluetooth-compatible sound system, so you're welcome to connect your phone and set the mood with your favorite playlists.

2. Is alcohol allowed on board?
​
Yes - cheers to that! Alcohol is allowed for guests 21 and over. For safety reasons, glass containers are not permitted. Because our vehicle features glass walls and a panoramic roof, all beverages must be in plastic or shatter-proof containers.

3. Do you provide alcohol or beverages?
​
We do not provide beverages (we would need a liquor license), but you are welcome to bring your own. If you'd like to stop along the way, just let us know in advance and we'll be glad to accommodate.

4. What is required to reserve our date?
​
To secure your reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due (1) week prior to your event, so all you have to focus on is enjoying the ride.

5. Is gratuity included?
​
There is a 20% gratuity automatically added to all bookings that goes directly to your professional chauffeur.
​
6. Are there additional fees?
​
We aim to keep everything smooth and transparent. The following additional charges may apply:

A 3% credit card processing fee on all payments made by card (the initial 50% deposit is required to be paid with a credit or debit card, we need a card on file.)

Overage fees if your event exceeds the scheduled time

Excessive cleaning due to sickness clean-up

7. How many passengers can the vehicle accommodate?
​
Our panoramic convertible Sprinter can comfortably seat up to 13 passengers at maximum capacity.

8. What areas do you service?
We're based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, and proudly serve 30A and surrounding areas including Pensacola, Destin, and Panama City. Custom routes and special requests are always welcome.

9. What is your cancellation policy?
​
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best based on availability.
